1. Data controller

Skyline SARL is the controller of the data processing described in this policy.

2. Data concerned

When you request a demo or contact Skyline, the following data may be processed:

• first name and last name;
• network, company or organisation represented;
• city or country and approximate size of the network;
• email address and, if you provide it, phone number;
• content of the message and information about your project;
• date and history of professional exchanges.

The information entered in the form is sent to the Site’s server, which immediately forwards it to Skyline by email; it is not stored there. If JavaScript is disabled in your browser, the form instead prepares a message in your email software, which is only transmitted to Skyline if you send it.

3. Purposes and legal bases

The data is used to respond to your request, organise a demo, analyse the needs of your network and follow up on the pre-contractual or professional relationship.

Depending on the situation, this processing is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject and on Skyline’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and following up on its exchanges.

Contact data is not sold, used for a newsletter or used for advertising prospecting without your consent.

4. Recipients and service providers

The data is accessible to authorised persons within Skyline and, where strictly necessary, to its technical or email service providers acting on its instructions and bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

The Site is hosted by Monaco Cloud S.A.M., 9 avenue Albert II – Le Copori, 98000 Monaco. Monaco Cloud states that the data hosted on its sovereign cloud is stored in Monaco, under Monegasque jurisdiction.

Requests sent from the form are received in Skyline’s business email, provided by Google (Google Workspace).

5. Retention periods

• Contact requests and exchanges with a prospect: a maximum of three years after the last professional exchange, unless there is a legal obligation or a need to retain certain elements to establish, exercise or defend a right.
• Data relating to a customer: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the applicable legal periods.
• Technical security and hosting logs: a maximum of twelve months, unless an incident justifies longer retention.

6. Your rights

Under the conditions provided for by Monegasque regulations, in particular Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data, you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, object to certain processing and request data portability where this right applies.

Skyline does not take any decision producing legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing.

To exercise your rights, write to [email protected] or to Skyline SARL, C/O Monaco Boost, 4/6 avenue Albert II, 98000 Monaco. To protect your data, proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt as to the identity of the requester.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Monaco Personal Data Protection Authority (APDP).

7. Security

Skyline implements technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risks in order to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data. As no system can guarantee absolute security, Skyline adapts these measures to changing risks and technologies.

8. Cookies and audience measurement

The Site does not place advertising cookies and does not include audience measurement tools for marketing purposes. No consent banner is therefore displayed. If non-essential trackers were added later, this policy would be updated and a consent mechanism would be put in place where required by regulations.

9. Updates to this policy

This policy may change to take account of changes to the Site, the processing or the regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.
